Warranty Policy

1. Who We Are

lenosdock.com LLC, EDRPOU 90492983, 12 Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine. Email contact@lenosdock.com, phone +380 737 749 3445. The workshops are independent businesses that perform the work and issue the warranty; lenosdock.com sets the shared warranty standard and handles claims. Seller details and terms are provided before the contract is concluded (Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII).

2. Coverage

Parts supplied and labour performed are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage runs for 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first, unless the written offer states otherwise.

3. Conditions

• Work ordered through lenosdock.com and performed by a participating workshop.
• Invoice and order confirmation retained.
• Maintenance carried out to the manufacturer's schedule.
• Defect reported within 14 days of discovery.

4. Exclusions

• Wear parts: brake pads and discs, filters, belts, wipers, tyres, fluids.
• Damage from accident, misuse, racing, overload or neglect.
• Repairs or modifications made by unauthorised third parties.
• Faults disclosed before the repair or caused by pre-existing conditions.

5. Claims

Email contact@lenosdock.com or call +380 737 749 3445 with the invoice number, vehicle VIN and plate, workshop name and service date. We acknowledge claims within 5 business days and, where a claim is valid, arrange rework or replacement within 30 days. Personal data in a claim is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2836-IX.

6. Your Rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII. Contact us first; unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba).
